Terms & Conditions

1. Service Description

Inboundra provides AI-powered receptionist services via automated text messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, and Messenger). Our AI assistant (whose name varies by business client — for example, 'Sofía') qualifies inbound leads and schedules appointments on behalf of our business clients. By interacting with the assistant, you are communicating with an automated system, not a human representative.

2. Consent to Automated Messages

By providing your phone number through our client's lead capture forms, advertisements, or other contact points, you consent to receive automated text messages from Inboundra on behalf of the business you contacted. Message frequency varies based on conversation flow. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Opting Out

You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords: PARE, STOP, CANCELAR, BAJA, ALTO, SACAME, DETENTE, BASTA. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will send one final confirmation message and cease all further automated messaging to your number.

5. Information Accuracy

The assistant provides general information about our client's services to help you determine if an in-person consultation is right for you. The assistant does not provide:

All specific pricing, technical details, warranties, and financing options are provided exclusively by the business client's qualified representatives during your in-person consultation.

6. Appointment Scheduling

When the assistant schedules an appointment on your behalf, you will receive a confirmation message. Appointments are subject to the business client's availability and scheduling policies. You may reschedule or cancel by messaging the assistant at the same number.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of this service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Your personal information is owned by the business client you contacted. Inboundra processes your data solely to provide the messaging and scheduling service.

8. AI Disclosure

The assistant is an artificial intelligence system, not a human. It will identify itself as an AI assistant on first contact and will truthfully disclose its AI nature if asked. If you prefer to speak with a human representative, the assistant can arrange for one to contact you.

9. Service Availability

The assistant is available 24/7. However, human follow-up from the business client's team is available during their business hours. Inboundra makes best efforts to maintain 99% monthly availability but is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (messaging carriers, cloud infrastructure, etc.).

10. Limitation of Liability

Inboundra is not responsible for lost messages, undelivered notifications, or missed appointments resulting from third-party service interruptions. Inboundra does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by the business client's representatives during in-person consultations.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the messaging service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
