The performance of advertising campaigns also depends on factors outside the control of Inboundra LLC, among them the algorithms and policies of the platforms, the budget the client maintains, market competition, seasonality, and the client's own actions on their accounts.
In digital marketing services, the advertising budget is an external and additional cost borne entirely by the client. It is charged directly to the client's advertising account in favor of the corresponding platform. Inboundra LLC contributes no funds of its own to run ads, receives none of that money in any form, and charges no commission on it.

The conversational assistants Inboundra LLC operates for its clients are artificial intelligence systems, not people. They identify themselves as automated assistants on first contact and answer truthfully if asked whether they are human. They do not provide medical, legal, accounting or financial advice, nor binding quotes. When a conversation exceeds their scope, they escalate to a person on the business client's team.
Use of the messaging services is subject to our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, including the consent and opt-out mechanisms (PARE / STOP / CANCELAR / BAJA) and compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable law.
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which sets out the rights Inboundra LLC recognizes over the data, the obligations that Act 39-2012 and Act 111-2005 of Puerto Rico do impose on us, and the applicable federal protections.
This website uses cookies and measurement technologies, and it does so under prior consent. Strictly necessary cookies always work. Analytics cookies (Inboundra first-party telemetry) and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Google) do not load until the visitor expressly allows them, and that permission can be withdrawn at any time from the page footer.
